2. CHOOSE YOUR FRUIT - This is where the true flavor of your smoothie is going to come from, as well as a blast of antioxidant support.

4. CHOOSE YOUR BASE - This makes the smoothie smoother (ha!) so it is easier to consume and blend.

Toss all of these chosen ingredients in a blender, hit the ON switch and THAT'S IT! Blenders contain blades which, when operating at high speeds, tear open the cell membranes of the fruits and vegetables. The opening of the cell membranes release nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that is easily absorbed into the body.
Note: Each step should be 1/3 of the whole smoothie. Add ice for a cooler refreshing drink. For a boost of sweetness you can add: chopped dates, stevia, maple syrup, honey, raw agave, or coconut palm sugar. Enjoy!
